Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print at home, or you can use a QR code for a label-less drop-off.

Place your items in the original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original tags are attached and the package is sealed properly.

Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
